Our story

It all started with a young girl in a muddy patch, full of skunk cabbage. Beside my childhood home, each spring season, that smelly patch grew. My heart and hands were happy submerged in that damp, cool, soil, even if it left them smelling nothing like the beautiful flowers I grow today. To me, nothing compares to a day outside surrounded by nature. It’s hard on the the cold, wet, rainy, days and even harder during the blistering sun of August. Still, decades later, outside is exactly where I want to be. And now, as a farmer-florist, I can do just that. When you’re holding our natural-styled bouquet or glancing at our flowers on your table, we want to nurture this connection. A moment to pause, a moment to share, a moment to celebrate, this is what we want to bring to you in our natural, easy, elegant style. So take a look around, browse our offerings, let us grace your home or event with sustainably grown flowers. Let us help you, harvest your happiness. -Jennie

Picked with care

Every bloom placed in our designs have been grown exclusively by a small flower farmer, either from our field or another. In addition to a love of flowers, another thread that connects us, flower farmers, are the methods used in growing, always pesticide-free, always chemical-free. We’re keeping our impact on the environment in our farming decisions. When we see butterflies, bees, hummingbirds, enjoying our flowers, it’s an indication that our work is aligned with nature. So, usually, at least one stem in your bouquet has been delicately touched by one of these winged neighbors. I once heard another flower lover state that “it’s important to replicate the beauty without harming the inspiration.” Every flower we use, carries this commitment.
